Tins recycling plants

it's time to maximizethe value of metals

Modular systems

Panizzolo plants allow you to always implement treatment technologies, obtaining the size and sorting degree most convenient for the company.

Mechanical treatment

Only mechanical and in-line treatment cycles are applied in Panizzolo solutions, streamlining the process in terms of simplicity, costs and production results.

Low management costs

The operating costs of Panizzolo plants are below the average on the market, favouring the productivity and profitability of the plant.

Centralised management

Panizzolo software guarantees the centralised control of all the technologies on the plant. It autonomously manages the parameters, interfacing with operators through a specific touch screen.

Treatment flexibility

Panizzolo machinery can receive different types and sizes of infeed material, depending on the scrap and on customer requirements. This flexibility is also made possible thanks to specific patented elements.

Panizzolo recycling solutions are designed to recover metals from tins and cans, separating plastics and other inerts. The types of incoming waste can be: mixed metal tins, tins coming from solid urban or industrial waste, ferrous tins, aluminium tins, packaged or pressed tins or still more. Panizzolo technologies ensure excellent recovery performance even with high percentages of inert materials such as nylon, plastics, glass and paper.

The treatment cycle produces a high density ferrous proler, with quality higher than the average in the sector and falls well within the parameters required for taking it to the foundry. The large variety of wear-causing inerts (such as glass) can make it difficult to recycle tins. This is why Panizzolo hammer mills guarantee long-term reliability, both from a structural standpoint and due to the use of specific castings in the hammers.

The treatment cycle

After defining the production layout, the system includes shredding, grinding and sorting steps which vary depending on the type of incoming waste and on the customer’s production and quality requirements.

The waste is grounded by Panizzolo hammer mills, efficiently pelletising the iron proler and releasing the metals from the inerts.

Following an initial magnetic sorting, the outputs are channelled to specific sorting systems (zig-zag, eddy current, etc) designed to maximise the recovery of all the metals such as iron, aluminium, brass and steel. Companies are able to conclude the recovery cycle according to the incorporated sorting accessories, thus achieving secondary raw material outputs.

What is your treatment requirement?

We listen to your needs and can supply you with the best technologies to meet your business goals.
The processing cycles are designed to maximise production activities, to be able to attain full recovery of secondary raw materials and to reintroduce them directly into the economic cycle.
