The grinding cycle
We define the production layout together with the customer, adapting it to the type of waste to be treated, the required productivity, and the desired level of separation. The recycling plant uses fully in-line mechanical treatments: hammer mills perform the material grinding, while dedicated separation systems ensure accurate screening of ashes and the distinction of metals from inert fractions.
Solution for combustion granulation
To recover the aluminium contained in certain combusted waste, the Panizzolo refining plant performs End-of-Waste cycles with metal granulation and inert separation. Thanks to patented refiner mills and dedicated separation systems, it is possible to treat different types of waste and obtain an impurity-free output, classifiable as secondary raw material.
