Treatment flexibility
Thanks to specific patented components, the machines allow variations in the type and size of the input material, depending on the scrap and customer requirements. The types of incoming waste may include: mixed or ferrous cans, cans from municipal or industrial solid waste, aluminum cans, packaged or pressed cans, and more.
The treatment cycle
After defining the production layout, the plant includes shredding, grinding and separation steps that vary according to the type of incoming waste and the customer’s production and quality requirements. Grinding is carried out using hammer mills, which allow the efficient densification of ferrous proler. Panizzolo technologies ensure excellent performance even in the presence of high percentages of inerts such as nylon, plastics, glass, and paper. After an initial magnetic separation, the outputs are conveyed to separation systems designed to maximize the recovery of all metals such as iron, aluminum, brass, and steel. Depending on the integrated accessories, companies can complete the recovery cycle, obtaining a high-quality secondary raw material.
