New recycling plant with shredder PZ 2H 1500
At the end of June Panizzolo Group completed the installation of the innovative recycling plant with PZ2 H1500 shredder. At full operating speed this plant allows the recycling of light ferrous scrap and bulky waste: the final result is an excellent separation of ferrous, non-ferrous and inert parts.
The production line starts from PZ2 Shredder, installed on a special hopper designed for loading the bulky waste, as per customer's needs.
PZ2 H Shredder can process even the toughest materials, thanks to the excellent quality of its components. Its knives are made of specific alloys for keeping long life cycle, while the cutting chamber allows fast and easy replacement of the components subject to wear, reducing the downtime.
Compactness, easy and fast maintenance and high performance are the main features of this shredder, that has been installed at the beginning of this recycling plant for keeping constant hourly production and high quality result in output.
Italy: Tax relief for new investments
C'è un'importante novità contenuta nel “decreto crescita”: bonus per gli investimenti in macchinari nuovi.
Il bonus macchinari consiste in un credito d'imposta pari al 15% del costo dei beni strumentali (indicati nella categoria 'Ateco - Divisione 28') eseguiti dal 25 giugno 2014 sino al 30 giugno 2015, per la quota eccedente la media degli investimenti eseguiti negli ultimi cinque anni, con esclusione dell'esercizio in cui l'investimento è stato maggiore.
L'incentivo spetta a tutti gli operatori economici con reddito d'impresa che acquisiscono beni strumentali (inquadrabili nella divisione 28 della tabella Ateco 2007) e di importo unitario superiore a 10mila euro.

FLEX 1000 MOBILE: presentation at IFAT 2014
Panizzolo Group kindly reminds its presence as exhibitor at IFAT 2014, the International Leading Trade Fair for water, waste, sewage and raw materials management.
During the exhibition the Group will launch all its technical innovation, in particular the new roll-off hammermill Flex 1000 Mobile.
The main features of this new model are: larger entry point dimensions (1.000 x 800 mm) than the Flex 500 Mobile, hourly throughput up to 6 ton/h and electrical motor 200 kW.
Compared to the Flex 500 Mobile, this hammermill reveals itself as a pre-grinder, suitable for grinding heavy and hard materials (e.g. scrap metals, washing machines electrical motors, etc.).
The great and direct experience of Panizzolo Group in grinding field allows the development of the Flex 1000 Mobile, an hammermill that combines the flexibility of the Mobile Series with the power of a primary grinder.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: Panizzolo hammers innovations
Panizzolo Group, University of Padua (Industrial Engineering Dept.) and Flag Fonderie (Cividale Group S.p.a.) carried out research in studying Panizzolo hammermills components subjected to wear during ferrous and nonferrous treatment.
The tests achieved the expected result and Panizzolo Group can introduce important innovation in grinding field.
The project started two years ago when University of Padua chose Panizzolo Group as reference company for studying new metal alloys for the metals grinding. After Panizzolo positive feedback, also Flag Fonderia entered the project and could start a useful collaboration for indtroducing innovation in this filed.
The satisfying results of this research allow the partners to develop new plans for the future, carrying on this important cooperation.
