{"id":6492,"date":"2016-10-24T15:35:50","date_gmt":"2016-10-24T13:35:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.panizzolo.it\/es\/?p=6492"},"modified":"2019-11-08T10:20:36","modified_gmt":"2019-11-08T09:20:36","slug":"northern-italy-new-electric-engines-recycling-and-refining-plant-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.panizzolo.com\/fr\/northern-italy-new-electric-engines-recycling-and-refining-plant-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Northern Italy: New electric engines recycling and refining plant."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A new Panizzolo electric engines recycling plant<\/strong> has been installed and started-up, in October 2016, to work with engines coming both <strong>from industries and WEEE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sold to a<strong> big company in Northern Italy<\/strong>, this plant is composed of a <strong>Flex 1000 Mobile Drum Hammermill<\/strong>, to shred engines and separate iron from non-Ferrous material, with its built-in magnetic drum.<br \/>\nRight after the hammermill, a <strong>Dynamic Shake PZ 1250<\/strong> sieve helps separating perfectly iron from copper wires, while an <strong>Eddy Current SMNF 1000<\/strong> Separator refines non-magnetic output material.<\/p>\n<p>Because of a <strong>growing interest on having good quality copper<\/strong> coming from electric engines, Panizzolo Group is taking advantage from using the Flex Industry Serie in this working area.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Flex Industry Hammermill<\/strong> has been installed in the final section of the recycling plant, giving immediately proof of being well-designed: its hourly production and output material <strong>quality are like no other.<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter the Flex Industry hammermill, <strong>copper is separated and refined<\/strong> by a granulation plant with densimetric boards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quick installation and start-up<\/strong> are what Panizzolo Group is renowned for.
