Compakt 240 can process up to 150 kg/h, depending on the material and output size. Box, Drum and Autobelt configurations do not change capacity, but adapt the machine to different handling and operational needs.
Compakt is a plug-and-play machine. It arrives pre-configured, with electrical panel and safety systems. Just position it, connect it to power and start production.
Compakt is designed as a real industrial hammer mill, not as a light-duty machine. It offers an accessible starting investment, but keeps the construction quality, reliable components and robustness expected from Panizzolo technology. This means it can be used repeatedly during the working day, without frequent stops or oversized equipment for small-volume processing.
Routine maintenance is simple and can be managed internally. Key operations include checking hammers and grids, monitoring wear parts and cleaning the grinding chamber.
