{"id":74914,"date":"2018-10-08T14:05:34","date_gmt":"2018-10-08T12:05:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.panizzolo.it\/2018\/10\/08\/eastern-europe-recovering-metals-from-mixed-msw\/"},"modified":"2019-11-08T14:25:14","modified_gmt":"2019-11-08T13:25:14","slug":"eastern-europe-recovering-metals-from-mixed-msw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.panizzolo.com\/de\/eastern-europe-recovering-metals-from-mixed-msw\/","title":{"rendered":"Eastern Europe: recovering metals from mixed MSW"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All EU countries have big p<strong>roblems related<\/strong> to the disposal of <strong>mixed waste from urban centres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The possibility to <strong>recover aluminium and iron content<\/strong> (especially from post-consumption tins) is strongly impeded by the high percentage of <strong>plastic, nylon and other wear-resistant inert materials<\/strong> (such as glass), which makes the treatment for the systems offered by the market excessively burdensome.<\/p>\n<p>Until a few years ago, such\u00a0 M.S.W.\u00a0<strong>was sent to a landfill,<\/strong> which is no longer possible given the <strong>recent stringent regulations<\/strong> and the gradual closure of collection centres. However, conveying this waste to a <strong>complete and effective recovery<\/strong> cycle remains a <strong>current problem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Panizzolo<\/strong> <strong>offers a concrete and efficient solution<\/strong> thanks to its recycling plants. A plant was opened in September in a large Eastern European company, dedicated to the <strong>recovery of aluminium and ferrous cans<\/strong> from from municipal solid waste (MSW).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consisting of the Stationary <a href=\"http:\/\/www.panizzolo.it\/en\/machine\/flex-1000-hammermill\/\">Flex 1000 hammermill<\/a><\/strong> (250 kW \u2013 production up to 10 ton\/h), complete <strong>with a patented interchangeable cradle<\/strong>, as always.<br \/>\nThe Stationary Flex 1000 performs an excellent grinding process, thereby <strong>obtaining high quality and density Proler in output.<\/strong> The final recovery takes place via a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.panizzolo.it\/en\/machine\/zig-zag\/\">zig-zag air separator,<\/a> series ZZ 10000,<\/strong> which releases the metal from light inert residues.<br \/>\nUnlike the <strong>non-magnetic output,<\/strong> upon leaving the hammer mill, it is <strong>treated in line by the Panizzolo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.panizzolo.it\/en\/machine\/eddy-current-separators\/\">ECP 1000 eddy current,<\/a><\/strong> thereby completing the recovery and cleaning of the aluminium from inert.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fast installation and implementation<\/strong> of its solutions are standard in Panizzolo systems. <strong>The customer<\/strong> was able to immediately <strong>start working at full working<\/strong> <strong>regime<\/strong> in a very short time.<br \/>\nPanizzolo quality is a factor that is also evident over time. <strong>The plants respect the key phrase \u201ctime is money\u201d:<\/strong> they are designed to operate in continuous production cycles; maintenance is simple and basic; and the processing logic reduces the consumption of electricity (without affecting hourly productivity), also when <strong>recovering the most abrasive and heavy waste.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; All EU countries have big problems related to the disposal of mixed waste from urban centres.
